Store Manager / Assistant Manager

HNTea Store Manager serves as a leader to the team in hospitality, food, and beverage preparation, as well as takes significant responsibility for on-the-job education and training of the team members to ensure that standards are kept in place.
 


HNTea Team Member

​

Dedicated to making delicious, sustainable, and creative tea drinks for our guests with the highest-quality exotic organic ingredients. Responsibilities include order taking, POS system management, drinks preparation, store sanitation, delivering impeccable hospitality to our guests, and overall customer experience.

Qualification

  • 18+ years of age

  • Full-time/Part-time with a minimum of 20+ working hours per week

  • Open and daytime availability preferred

  • One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun); willing to work on holidays

  • Must have excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
